Staff policy
- Sunny Houce Maintenance Staff Policy ①
- At our company, we use an enzyme-based bleach called sodium percarbonate as our primary detergent. Unlike chlorine-based cleansers and synthetic detergents, it is considered to have minimal impact on both human health and the environment. This choice is made with the safety of customers with allergies in mind. Therefore, it is effective in various cleaning scenarios, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and more.
- Sunny Houce Maintenance Staff Policy ②
- The staff entering the American housing, where American military families reside, undergo basic training beforehand due to the differences in culture and style between Japan, Okinawa, and the United States. They pay attention to tasks such as making beds, organizing children's rooms, and handling indoor pets (including large dogs, in some cases).

AC disassembly and cleaning
Disassembling and cleaning an air conditioner is a specialized cleaning method that thoroughly removes dirt and mold from inside the air conditioner. The steps are explained below in an easy-to-understand manner.
1. Disassembly: Disassemble the air conditioner unit into small pieces. Remove parts such as the air conditioner cover, filter, and fan.
2. Pressure washing: Use a high-pressure washer to spray water onto removed parts and internal structures. This will forcefully wash away accumulated dust, mold, and dirt.
3. Use of special detergents: Special detergents may be used at the same time as high-pressure washing. This thoroughly cleanses even the most stubborn dirt and particles.
4. Detailed cleaning: Clean every inch of the fins, coils, drain pans, and other invisible areas. This can be expected to improve the effectiveness of heating and cooling and increase the efficiency of air conditioners.
5. Protect electrical systems: Work carefully to protect electrical systems and foundations during cleaning. Cures to prevent water from entering and ensures safety.
6. Reassembly: Once cleaning is complete, put the disassembled parts back together and reassemble the air conditioner unit.
7. Operation check: Finally, check that the air conditioner is working properly. Cleaning provides efficient heating and cooling and circulates clean air into the room.
Regularly disassembling and cleaning your air conditioner will maintain its performance and provide a healthy indoor environment.
